No reprieve to Sachchida Nand Shukla as justice is not available to common man in this largest democracy in world because of rampant corruption

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sachchida Nand Shukla whose land has been grabbed as Jal Nigam by colluding with Tehsil Sadar grabbed land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla in the name of Araji number 326क and now performing construction work.
From the first page of the attached document to the grievance, it is quite obvious that aggrieved Sachchidanand Shukla took shelter in the High court of Judicature at Allahabad on 30 May 2022 subsequently High court registered writ number- 16620 of the year 2022 against government of Uttar Pradesh and three others on 04/06/2022. I think that if the matter is sub judice before the High court of Judicature, then you must wait for the order of the court. Meanwhile Sub divisional magistrate sadar may correct its error by passing appropriate order as required under law.

This construction work initiated by Jal Nigam on the Land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla in the name of Araji number 326क must be immediately stopped and Sub divisional magistrate Sadar must be directed to decide the boundaries of the land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla.Aforementioned matter was sent to the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur on 10/09/2021 by Sachchida Nand Shukla so that boundaries of the land Araji number 326ख might be decided but it is most unfortunate that land Araji number 326क belonging to government has been already illegally sold by Lekhpal and revenue inspector in cryptic and mysterious way consequently they have grabbed the land of the aggrieved Sachchida Nand Shukla ipso facto and in this matter S.D.M. Sadar is under good faith to subordinates quite obvious from his procrastination and cryptic working style.
The matter concerns representation submitted under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 To Hon’ble Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh Prayer-Please direct concerned staff of the Tahsil Sadar to settle Dispute regarding boundaries of Araji number- 326 ख. as encroachers want to grab the land. Because of procrastination of the concerned staff no action has been taken in the matter still.such approach on the part of staff of tehsil Sadar showing insolence.please take appropriate action in under intimation to the aggrieved.

Think about the credibility of the judiciary that the matter is subjudice in the court especially in the high court of judicature at Allahabad but concerned department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is not interested to postpone the initiated work till the order of the court. Bribe has been integral part of the practice of the government department where government staff charges bribe from the innocent and gullible people which is most embarrassing situation in our public offices even in judiciary. On the one side of a screen our political masters claim to provide transparent and accountable government but actual position is that they themselves are supporting corrupt activities of the public staff quite obvious from the cryptic working style of our political masters who only making citizens of the country stupid. Good governance is only words which are used to make the people stupid but good governance is not being practiced in the government.
