DD Amount INR 100.00 Commission Amount INR 84.00 Total Amount INR 184.00 Mode of Delivery DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days. It is quite obvious from the attached online receipt that the aforementioned was made by the applicant on 02 May 2022 which implies that more than 10 days passed from the date service request made to the state bank of India and according to the receipt, DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days but they failed to deliver the Demand Draft even after ten days. Which is a failure of the management of the State Bank of India because of growing corruption, arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the state bank of India. It is quite obvious that the state bank of India has failed to keep its promises made to the customers.

Why concerned branch is procrastinating in redressing the aforementioned grievance which is quite easy because they had to provide the demand draft and mention it in the report of the grievance that demand draft has been sent and customer received it.
Here integrity of the state bank of India is under cloud because it is supporting the stand of CPIO High court of Judicature as High court rejected the payment of R.T.I. Fee through Indian Postal Order and sought Demand Draft as I.P.O. is easily available and refundable and CPIO was well apprised of the fact that State Bank of India will procrastinate on the issue as part of tacit understanding between High court and state bank of India. State Bank of India has already done procrastinations on similar issues of bank draft. For Bank draft of Rs,200, S.B.I. charged commission Rs.84 when R.T.O. returned it S.B.I. seeking Rs.236 to refund Rs.200 such is the arbitrariness in the working

Undoubtedly concerned branch of the State Bank of India has provided the Bank draft but this demand draft has been provided by them after 1 month while it was their obligatory duty to provide the demand draft within 5 days from the date it was ordered/ requested by the customer but they did not complete/fulfill the setup norm prescribed by the bank itself which is showing the mockery of the law in the management of the State Bank of India. Sach forest rule are originated because of the rampant corruption in the working of the public authority State Bank of India which is mysterious and cryptic working style. Whether it is good governance as claimed by our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi.
