Think about the gravity of situation that applicant did not receive the demand draft ordered online by the applicant through its internet banking but most surprising thing is that they have disposed of the grievance submitted by the applicant which is a mockery of the law of land showing dereliction of the concerned staff to the grievances of the common people in the country. Whether it reflects the good governance as claimed by the political stalwars in the Bhartiya Janata party government quite obvious from the reporting of the print and electronic media time and again. How the accountability will be fixed of the concerned staff who had to deliver the demand draft within 5 days from the date of order made by the customer but they are failed to deliver the demand draft even in one month which reflects the failure of the government machinery.
