Police are acting like advocates of the offenders quite obvious from the biased approach of the police. The integrity of the police is itself suspicious which is proved by circumstantial evidence. Medical examination report itself proving the seriousness of the offence but who will tell the police which is not investigator but a judge. For more feedback, vide attached document to the complaint. प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक03-04-2022 को फीडबैक:-श्री मान जी कोतवाल महोदय को मालुम हो की उन्होंने जिन धाराओं का जिक्र किया है वह आपराधिक दंड संहिता की वे धाराए है जो शांति भंग की आशंका में लगाई जाती है यहां आशंका  नहीं है बल्कि बर्बरता पूर्वक पीटा गया है तीन लोगो द्वारा जैसा की N.C.R. में स्पस्ट है जो की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट से स्पस्ट है  महोदय यहां अपराध कारित हो चुका है ऐसे में आपराधिक दंड संहिता की धाराए १५१/१०७/११६ से तो न्याय मिलेगा नहीं इसलिए अपराध पर नियंत्रण के लिए अपराधी को उचित दंड मिलना चाहिए श्री मान अपराधी विक्टिम के पुत्र व भाई है इसलिए उन्हें अपराध की छूट नहीं दी जा सकती है पुलिस की कार्यशैली अपराधिओं के मनोबल को बढ़ा रही है और प्रार्थी को न्याय से वंचित कर रही है यदि कोतवाल महोदय का लड़का उनके साथ यही व्योहार करे तो उनकी प्रतिक्रिया क्या होगीHow can it be justified that Kotwali Katra police may not register first information report in the matter even when aggrieved victim was seriously injured and assault maybe tantamount to an attempt of murder? यह कैसे उचित ठहराया जा सकता है कि कोतवाली कटरा पुलिस इस मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं कर सकती, भले ही पीड़ित पीड़ित गंभीर रूप से घायल हो और हमला हत्या के प्रयास के समान हो? There are three offenders in the matter and the report submitted by the police concerned on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is cryptic and mysterious which is putting a blanket on the cryptic working style of the police promoting corruption in the department. This is a humble request of the victim to the Honourable Sir that Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of the attached documents to the grievance for more feedback.इस मामले में तीन अपराधी हैं और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर संबंधित पुलिस द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट गूढ़ और रहस्यमय है जो विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा देने वाली पुलिस की गूढ़ कार्यशैली पर पर्दा डाल रही है। पीड़िता का माननीय महोदय से यह विनम्र अनुरोध है कि माननीय महोदय कृपया अधिक फीडबैक के लिए संलग्न दस्तावेजों का परिशीलन करने की कृपा करें। Everyone knows that section 107, 116 and 151 of the criminal procedure code are the preventive measures which are used to prevent crimes and are not instrumental in providing punishment to the offenders.हर कोई जानता है कि आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 107, 116 और 151 निवारक उपाय हैं जो अपराधों को रोकने के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं और अपराधियों को सजा प्रदान करने में सहायक नहीं हैं। Undoubtedly the concerned police are reaping the benefits of the vulnerability of the victim who cannot understand the cryptic and mysterious dealings of the police concerned. Please direct the Inspector Kotwali Katra to register a first information report against offenders under appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Cod
