Dear sir , 
               I requested you to tell me in writing why I am not eligible for the scholarship  while my scholarship status is verified and recommended by the district scholarship committee Kanpur.
You have given me a contact number to get further information but I called on this number and after ringing the call bell  too late my call was disconnected.
  Dear sir, instead of troubling me, you should solve my problems so that my further studies do not become a hindrance .I have attached some of my documents to this email ,you can see them.
 As I told you, I belong to a low financial family. For me scholarship is very important .
We hope you will solve my problems as soon as possible.

    Why are concerned staff dealing arbitrarily with the aggrieved students deprived of the scholarship? Neither then pickup mobile phones nor they entertain emails sent by the aggrieved information seekers ipso facto. Where is the transparency and accountability in the working of government of Uttar Pradesh.
