District Judge Lucknow ordered on 16 October 2019 to send application dated 13 October 2019 of Dinesh Pratap Singh to concerned court

Why did the application dated 13 October 2019 of Dinesh Pratap Singh not reach to concerned court despite the order passed by District Judge Lucknow as ordered on 16 October 2019? Here this question arises who overlooked the order passed by District Judge Lucknow on 16 October 2019? More than two and half years passed but the questionnaire sent by Dinesh Pratap Singh still has not reached to the concerned court.  Whether it is not reflecting deep-rooted tyranny and arbitrariness in the working of the public authority district court Lucknow?

Presently applicant is living in the Mirzapur district at more than 200 K.M. distance from the state capital Lucknow as his house has been grabbed and household articles have been looted made queries were sent on 13-10-2019 to the additional chief judicial magistrate third through District Judge Lucknow and received in the office of District judge Lucknow on 16-10-2019 quite obvious from the attached registered post tracking. It is most unfortunate that from Mirzapur to Lucknow communication took only three days while from the office of District Judge Lucknow to the office of additional chief judicial magistrate third, it still not reached. If the registered post with entire formalities fulfilled is not being accepted by the concerned authorities for an open court hearing, then think about the oral argument.

Undoubtedly concerned took swift action in accordance with the law but the lackadaisical approach is on the part of the High court of judicature at Allahabad. Efficiency and devotion to work of the concerned lady staff of the Department of Justice of the Government are applauded. Thanks to concerned for forwarding the matter to the concerned public authority accountable for the lawlessness and breakdown is praiseworthy as well.
