श्री मान जी इस समय लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण चाहे जनसूचना के तहत आवेदन हो या शिकायत हो या कोई निवेदन हो हर किसी को इस आधार पर नजरअंदाज कर रही है की मामले में समिति गठित कर दी गयी है किन्तु न तो समिति के सन्दर्भ में कुछ बताएँगे और न ही प्रश्न गत प्रकरण को हल करने का ही प्रयास करेंगे तीन वर्षो से मामले में ताल मटोल कर रहे है क्या इसी तरह से योगी सरकार भ्र्ष्टाचार रोकती है
The matter concerns deep rooted corruption of L.D.A. and arbitrary denial of special working officer of L.D.A. to entertain the grievances of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh. An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh under Article 51A of the constitution of India.
According to the vice-chairman LDA-THIS MATTER IS NOT RELATED TO LDA but it is the frustration of the poor vice-chairman of LDA.
Think about the gravity of the situation that neither you understand English nor hindi and the matter you have been entertaining for more than three years now saying that this matter does not concern you. Whether it is not showing your insolence to the applicant and senior rank officers of the chief minister office monitoring the Jansunwai portal? Who did the registry of the impugned land cum plot without examining the papers which were due during the time of registry? They neither had the papers issued by the L.D.A. during the time of registry and still they do not have such papers as originally made available by L.D.A. It is quite obvious that you overlooked the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad and executed the registry arbitrarily because of loose integrity and culture of corruption in the Lucknow Development Authority.
It is quite obvious that Lucknow development authority again ran away from the real issue of corruption through its apparent reply I that in the matter committee has been set up and findings of the committee will be final in the matter but when findings will be completed by the committee they are not disclosing near about 6 months passed in the matter when the committee had been set up by the Lucknow development authority. Think about the gravity of the situation that the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad was overlooked by the Lucknow development authority even after the objection of Dinesh Pratap Singh. Without deciding the title suit, the registry of the impugned land by overlooking the order of the high court reflects rampant corruption in the working . Still our chief minister yogi adityanath is claiming to provide good governance which is transparent and accountable to the people in the state of uttar pradesh.

Registration Number LKDPA/A/2021/60173 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 10-10-2021 An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh Order of High court attached to R.T.I. communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the respondent number First who is Secretary of home department, civil secretariat, Government of Uttar Pradesh and respondent number second who is senior superintendent of police Lucknow as well as the station house officer police station Ashiyana who is the respondent number 3 in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh.

It is quite obvious that staff of the Lucknow development authority is procrastinating on the matter for many years and now they have set up a committee and according to them this committee is making enquiry in regard to the the irregularities committed in the allocation of the plots and irregularities in the execution of the the registry of the allotted plots. Now a days they have setup committee to look into the irregulatory and corruption in Lucknow development authority and whatever representation is submitted they are taking recourse of the committee and neither providing information under right to information act 2005 nor providing any reason and not disclosing any information about the committee which has been set up to look into the irregularities and corruption in the working of the Lucknow development authority. Whether such working style represents the transparency and accountability in the working of the Yogi Adityanath government in the state of Uttar Pradesh ipso facto

1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया २-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये ३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये 4-Provide the circular which exempts disclosure of information in the name of forming a committee. 5-Provide Letter of nomination of committee head and its members as informed by PIO already in the matter attached to it as Shraddha Chaudhari of L.D.A. as denied information
