Whether government of India has been failed to curb the fraudulent activities of cheaters who opened fraud companies registered with the government and cheating innocent and gullible people at the credit of government? क्या भारत सरकार उन धोखेबाजों की कपटपूर्ण गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने में विफल रही है जिन्होंने सरकार के साथ पंजीकृत धोखाधड़ी कंपनियां खोली और सरकार के नाम पर निर्दोष और भोले-भाले लोगों को धोखा दिया?
Whether government functionaries have forgotten their obligatory duties to protect the interest common people in this country as quite reluctant to curb the fraudulent acts of cheaters who are plying illegal business to cheat people?क्या सरकारी अधिकारी इस देश में आम लोगों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए अपने अनिवार्य कर्तव्यों को भूल गए हैं, जो लोगों को धोखा देने के लिए अवैध व्यापार करने वाले धोखेबाजों के कपटपूर्ण कृत्यों को रोकने के लिए काफी अनिच्छुक हैं?
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of aggrieved lady Shiv Kumari who is 71 years old and knocking the doors of the accountable public functionaries for refund of invested money once Rs.10000 which matured to Rs.20000 and Rs.35000 quite obvious from the report of Kotwali Katra District-Mirzapur and attached document certificate provided by Realindia Infraventures Private Limited. Sir, Realindia Infraventures Private Limited not only closed the branch offices but also its head office registered with the government. Therefore you may take action against fraud company so they may refund the money of the old lady cheated by the wrongdoer company. It seems that concerned did not take perusal of the submitted documents which are attached to the grievance as PDF document. This report has been submitted by the sub inspector Avinash Kumar of the alambagh police station of the Lucknow which is the capital of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. According to this report, wrongdoer company has closed its office located at Aadarsh Nagar under alambagh police station and at the place of the office of the company showroom of the Yamaha bike has been opened. It is quiet of obvious that concerned officer has despatched the communication at the address of the company office which is situated at the Adarsh Nagar Lucknow then how the letter will be delivered to the directors of the company who have already run away from the office by closing it. Whether it is not reflecting rampant corruption lawlessness and anarchy in the dealings of the government functionaries which is the root cause that savings of the vulnerable section is no more safe.

ReplyDeleteAn old lady was looted by the fraud company which was recognised by the government of India especially registrar of the company Kanpur and Modi government is failed to provide justice to the old lady.
