Your report of last month is attached to grievance, in which claimed of excellent network coverage in my location. The matter concerns the mobile number- 9696389653. My Location is Shree Lakshmi Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Mohalla Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District Mirzapur, PIN Code 231001 which is available in google map quite obvious from attached screenshot.
We are facing feeble network being provided by the Jio service provider which is creating a lot of problems for me, and I am trying to reach the customer care of Jio service provider, but I am failed because of their cryptic dealings.
On the one side of screen our great prime minister Mr Narendra Modi Sir is claiming to provide good governance, but the actual fact is that we are crying only. Think about our miserable condition that we are providing money to the service provider, but they are not providing us services. Whether it is not cheating by the current service providers, Jio company.

Now a days Jio like companies are only looting the customers instead of providing them services. Undoubtedly such dealings of the companies is because of the corrupt bureaucrats in this largest democracy in the world who are colluding with the companies and filling up their pockets and companies are collecting huge sum of money without providing services to the consumers.This is well planned conspiracy of the service providing companies that they keep the network speed week so that customer may not use the provided data pack According to subscription and company reaps benefits of the saved data. Most surprising is that when the Complaints are made by the aggrieved people then these complaints are disposed of by submitting arbitrary inconsistent reply by the staff of the company which is accepted by the public functionary because there is tacit understanding between the corrupt staff of the government and the company.

Today, we are suffering because of poor network of Jio because they know what is value of complaints made on the public grievance portal. When their motive is to cheat the customers, then what can be done? And they understand that whoever are expert cheater can succeed in business, and they are pursuing the same path.
