* Prayer or Relief Sought From the Status of R.T.I. Communique, it is quite obvious that R.T.I. request forwarded to the concerned public information officer on 25/03/2021 and today is 30/05/2021 which categorically implies that PIO has violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Think about the gravity of situation that government of Uttar Pradesh has nominated PIO to such an incompetent staff who does not know stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. This is a humble request of the appellant to concerned appellate authority to recommend the government to appoint a competent staff at the post of public information officer and information sought by information seeker must be made available as soon as possible without any further delay.

Why did the department of forest Uttar Pradesh did not provide the following information even when half century communications cum representations disposed of arbitrarily by the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur?

Here it is quite obvious that the matter concerns with arbitrariness and tyranny of the concerned public staff of the department of forest Gorakhpur zone and it is quite obvious that 27 month salary was not provided by the concerned public staff of the postman of the department of the forest arbitrarily and now these staffs are running away from providing information that why did they not comply the request order of a senior officer in the matter concerned when he requested to the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur range to provide the salary of the aggrieved staffs of the department of the baki range.

ReplyDeleteWhether it is justified that government of Uttar Pradesh didn't provide 27 months salary of a daily wage staffs of the department of forest and when the representations are being submitted they are overlooking these representations for their arbitrary reports and these reports are being approved by the senior accountable public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the post.
