Here aggrieved applicant is Sugun Singh Wife of Krishna Kumar Singh village babura post babura district Mirzapur police station Vindhyachal. Construction taking place on the unpartitioned land of which boundary has not been decided must be stopped by the district administration so that any problem may be avoided. ReplyDeleteWhether the concerned police will again submit the same report it has submitted false and arbitrary report earlier.On the print and electronic media Yogi government declared that they are providing good governance to the citizenry of this state but where is good governance when the rights of vulnerable section especially women and girls are no more safe in the Government of Uttar Pradesh?
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly it is a mockery of the law of land and police is taking under teeth the law of land because of corruption in the police machinery but is still good governance on the print and electronic media is ridiculous act of the Yogi government.
If the police concerned is honest then they must register FIR first information report in the matter so that justice may be available to the aggrieved widow.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly Yogi Adityanath government is providing good governance through print and electronic media but grassroot reality is totally changed and not acceptable to the common people.
Whether police in the state of Uttar Pradesh will curb anarchy prevailed in the state police quite obvious from anarchy in its working.
ReplyDeleteBoth police and Tahsil submitted contrary reports on the public grievance portal and Jansunwai portal. Whether accountability will be fixed by the government? Both the reports are attached to the post. It is request to concerned to know the truth of government functionaries who are violating the rights weaker section specially widow and girls.
