Grievance Description
Registry papers, Revenue records submitted but grabbing of land is not stopped.
The matter concerns the land grabbing by taking district administration in good faith.
Sir,
Your applicant draws your kind attention to the following points.
1-The applicant submitted representation before the commissioner Vindhyachal division Mirzapur concerned with the grabbing activity by Land Mafia on 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate construction work on the land of the applicant is still in progress. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of first page of attached document.
2-The applicant submitted representation before the District Mirzapur concerned with the grabbing activity of Land Mafia on 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate construction work on the land of the applicant still in progress. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of second page of attached document.
3-The applicant submitted representation before the Superintendent of police Mirzapur concerned with the grabbing activity of Land Mafia on 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate construction work on the land of the applicant still in progress. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of third page of attached document. Moreover, S.P. Mirzapur was informed on 24/02/2021 through email by the departmental head of the office of my father. But it unfortunate no action on the part of S.P. Mirzapur and he overlooked the request of the same rank officer.
4-The applicant submitted representation before the Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar Mirzapur concerned with the grabbing activity of Land Mafia on 25/02/2021 but it is unfortunate construction work on the land of the applicant still in progress. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of fourth page of attached document.
5-The applicant submitted representation before the Kotwal cum Inspector of city Kotwali Mirzapur concerned with the grabbing activity of Land Mafia on 24/02/2021 but it is unfortunate construction work on the land of the applicant still in progress. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of fifth page of attached document.
6- Kotwal cum Inspector of city Kotwali Mirzapur threatened to implicate cases on the members of the applicant family and threatening to act against my father who is government servant.

According to report dated 23 March 2021 of the Tehsil Sadar attached as first page of the attached documents of this representation, a team of Tehsil and police inspected the site and dispute was settled on spot by directing land grabbers cum opposite party not to interfere with the working of the aggrieved applicant. Here the matter concerns the land grabbing by the Land Mafia by taking police concerned in good faith. If after the enquiry of the joint team of the Tehsil and police, it has been found that construction made by the aggrieved complainant on his piece of land was broken by the alleged land grabbers, then police must lodge Land Mafia under appropriate sections of the India Penal code. With great respect applicant wants to inform that applicant submitted representation dated 16/03/2021 before minister of state forwarded to superintendent of police Mirzapur on 17/03/2021 against the tacit understanding between Land Mafia and police but it seems that accountable public functi
