3-Two sections of the IPC is imposed on accused Hritik Ranjan section 376 and 406 of the IPC as he and his family is not cooperating enquiry and not appearing before competent officers so need to take vigilant eyes on them. Please provide the information regarding the non arrest of accused Hritik Ranjan.
4-Undoubtedly it may be Lanka police may not have sent the requisite information but when concerned officers have sought information from aggrieved then it is their obligation to take him under custody but Hritik Ranjan still hatches conspiracy against the information seeker knowingly not supporting Lanka police in the investigation. Please provide the reason for not arresting the accused.

The matter concerns the purview of Senior Superintendent of Police Varanasi and parliamentary constituency of our prime minister Narendra Modi Sir. Undoubtedly Lanka Police has lodged the F.I.R. but accused and his family instead of supporting the Lanka police in the investigation hatching conspiracy to fabricate false charges in the police chauki Roberts Ganj District-Sonbhadra. Initially Sonbhadra police denied to lodge F.I.R. by providing the reason that place of incidence comes under the jurisdiction of the Lanka police District-Varanasi. When the Lanka police has lodged F.I.R. THEN Sonbhadra police made a call to aggrieved instead detaining the accused that he has submitted a complaint against the aggrieved. She has to attend the enquiry. Its simple meaning is that Varanasi police is reluctant to arrest the accused and Sonbhadra police is harassing the aggrieved to languish the case of the aggrieved by creating fear psychosis and torturing mentally. According to subsection 1 of section 376 of Indian penal code Punishment for rape Whoever, except in the cases provided for by sub-section 2, commits rape shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine 376 Rape. Rigorous imprisonment of Cognizable Non-bailable Court ofnot less than 10 years Session.but which may extendto imprisonment for lifeand with fine.
Somebody called me on my mobile number 7309711847 introduced itself as police officer of chauki Robertsganj in regard to a complaint lodged against me by Hritik Ranjan s/o Rajnath through his mobile number 9451234094.He enquired me regarding the complaint matter and sought information regarding the F.I.R. lodged against accused Hritik Ranjan in Lanka Police Station District Varanasi. Police is a adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter even when the matter concerns the violation of human rights of a a woman or you can say that adolescent girl? Undoubtedly girl has been cheated by the fraudster but such a lackadaisical approach of the police is frustrating the girl to seek justice.
ReplyDeleteFrom the report of assistant commissioner of police Varanasi bhelupur, witness testimony to be taken by the concerned police of the victim. Here victim not only submitted the written representations before the police Varanasi but also the police at Sonbhadra and accused is still set scot-free by the police and police is not proceeding in the matter even when victim repeatedly visited the Lanka police station Varanasi. Investigation officer is saying that witness testimony will be taken by the magistrate he is saying that magistrate is not sitting in the office in this way victim is being harassed by the investigation officer. Whether they are not harassing the victim by repeatedly calling victim to the police station.
ReplyDeleteWhether the role of Police in the state of Uttar Pradesh is impartial, undoubtedly not, quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the police in the VIP parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi Sir. Where is justice if not available to the women and girls quite obvious from the contents of the post in which police is procrastinating to frustrate the victim who has been cheated by the Cheater by luring her to marriage.
