  2. It seems that our public information officers are not interested in providing information to information seekers quite obvious from the post but it will be said that our government in the state is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matters concerned with the the non providing information to the information seekers. Our motive is good governance but where is good governance if right to information act was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the public offices is not being followed by the government in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

  3. Initially commissioner Vindhyachal division procrastinated on the matter and when the first appeal submitted by the information seeker then he forwarded the matter to the district magistrate Mirzapur and district magistrate Mirzapur also procrastinated on the matter and did not provide information to the information seeker when the first appeal submitted then he also took under teeth the first appeal submitted by the appellant it seems that government of Uttar Pradesh has put the right to information act 2005 into the dustbin which is quite obvious from the mysterious working style of the corrupt public functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh who are not providing any information to the information seekers under the right to information act 2005 quite obvious from the denial of information or not responding to the R.T.I. communique submitted by the information seekers.
