Undoubtedly they have sent the notice to Panchu Pasi license holder of control rate shop Adampur Development block-Chhanvey District-Mirzapur but still this control rate shop is operated by the Bijay Bahadur and his son. I have sent the email attaching the video as proof and sent email is attached to this representation.
Two years have passed since the date applicant submitting representations against the irregularities regarding the coordination in the control rate shop.
अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित उक्त प्रकरण की जांच पूर्ति निरीक्षक द्वारा करायी गयी पूर्ति निरीक्षक की जांच आख्या अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एम पी सिंह द्वारा उचित दर विक्रेता श्री पंचू पासी जो बिहार में निजी वित्तीय कंपनी में कार्यरत है तथा उनकी दुकान का संचालन पंचू पासी द्वारा न करके उनके बड़े भाई श्री विजय बहादुर व उनके लड़के द्वारा दुकान का संचानल करने के संबंध में शिकायत की गयी है उक्त के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि उपजिलाधिकारी सदर के कार्यालय पत्र संख्या 383 उपजिलाधिकारी आपूर्ति 2020 21 दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर 2020 द्वारा श्री पंचू पासी उचित दर विक्रेता गा्रमसभा आदमपुर को इस शिकायत के संबंध में कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी कर दिया गया है आख्या सेवा में सादर प्रेषित
Hon'ble Sir may be pleased to watch the attached Video of last time distribution of ration at the control rate shop.
It means S.D.M. Sadar Granted them permission to manage the control rate shop by Bijay Bahadur and his Son allotted to Panchu Pasi who is working in the private financial institution in the state of Bihar.
श्री मान जी प्रार्थी की मांग बहुत ही जायज थी और नियमानुसार थी किसी तरह की कोई कार्यवाही नहीं सिर्फ पांचू पासी सिर्फ उचित दर की दूकान पर बैठे और आहरण वितरण का काम खुद करे क्यों की वे लाइसेंस धारक है और अनियमितता होने पर उनकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है वे यहा से ३०० किलो मीटर दूर बैठ कर दूकान न चलाये
किन्तु यदि उपजिलाधिकारी सदर को विजय बहादुर और उनके लड़के से दूकान चलवानी जैसा की वे बीसो साल से कर रहे है तो लाइसेंस धारक बिजय बहादुर को बना दे क्यों पांचू पासी के नाम उचित दर की दुकान चलाये विजय बहादुर व उनका लड़का अबैध है
किन्तु घुस में बड़ी ताकत होती है वह भी प्रदेश की सरकार में जो की हमारे ईमानदार मुख्यमंत्री के संचालन में है प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया जिनके ईमानदारी के चर्चे करती थकती नहीं

According to S.D.M. Sadar applicant made the complaint to wreak the vengeance but it is fact whatever allegations made by the applicant is articulated by the card holders of same village panchayat. There is videography of the distribution of the Ration in regard to concerned Ration card showing explicitly that ration is distributed by the Vijay Bahadur and his son. Still they are shielding the wrongdoings. Applications of the card holders were attached to grievances but it is unfortunate that they are so incompetent to understand the contents of the grievances.

Here working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar is quite cryptic as he is not interested to take action against the licence holder of the control rate shop quite obvious from his procrastination. On the matter they are procaffeinating for two years and still they did not take appropriate action in the matter. They are only promoting the lawlessness and anarchy in the department by taking bribe from the wrongdoers.
ReplyDeleteThis matter was raised 2 years ago but it is unfortunate that no solid and strong action was taken by the sub divisional magistrate Sadar in the matter. They have to dismiss the licence of the Control rate Shop of a licensee who is working in a private financial institution company which is at distance of 300 km away from the venue of Control rate shop.
ReplyDeleteThink about the attitude of the public functionaries and how are they compromising with the corruption is quite obvious from the post. Here it is fact that sub divisional magistrate only shielded the wrongdoer and he is working by colluding with the wrongdoers quite obvious from his cryptic working style .
