Prayer- Public information officer arbitrarily denied the information and First appellate authority upheld it illegally without considering the pros and cons of the result. Please take action against the public information officer under section 20 of the right to information act 2005 and order disciplinary action against the working of the first appellate authority for withholding the information by upholding the denial of information.

Short submissions of the appellant are as follows.

1- Concerned staff of the Chief Minister Office must provide the reason for not attaching the report on the public grievance portal of the government of India as right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system. 

Submission-Here appellant is seeking information concerning the public grievance portal of Government of India not Jansunwai Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is an insecure website.

2- Please provide the role of the officer Shri Bhaskar Pandey (Joint Secretary) Secretariat, Room No. 321, U.P. Secretariat in redressing the aforementioned grievance. 

Submission- Where is the role? You have not provided the role of the supervisory officer?

3- Please provide the name and designation of the government staff who processed this grievance in the office of Chief Minister government of Uttar Pradesh. 

Submission- Public information officer has not provided the name and designation of the public staff belonging to Chief Minister Office.

4- Please provide the name and designation of the government staff working under the supervision of the officer Shri Bhaskar Pandey (Joint Secretary) Secretariat, Room No. 321, U.P. Secretariat in the office of Chief Minister. 

Submission- Where are the details of the subordinates of the Bhaskar Pandey joint Secretary in the provided information?

5- The aforementioned grievance concerning deep rooted corruption in the top administrative hierarchy of government of Uttar Pradesh is not being sent to them for disposing of to the grievance of the information seeker. 

Please provide the reason for not sending the grievance to the public staff who are indulged in providing the lease of the precious municipality land to the Lions Club causing the loss of billions of rupees of the public exchequer as right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system quoted in various judgments by the most respected Apex Court of India. Submission- Where are the reasons? Here the matter concerns the extension of the lease of the municipality land provided to the money minting institution lions school Laldiggi which was done by government.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your appellant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
