Grievance Description

Most respected sir, it is a well known fact that the grievances received on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh by the department of police directly is redressed within 2 weeks and those grievances which are received from the public grievance portal through the Chief minister office forwarded to the circle officer is redressed within 1 month from the date of receipt of the grievance in the office of circle officer of the department of police.

From the following grievance it is quite obvious that this complaint was received on 24th April 2024 and it is 7th June 2024 which means more than one month passed and concerned police did not redress the grievance of the applicant belonging to the vulnerable section of the society which is showing lackadaisical approach of the police to the grievances of the vulnerable section especially women and girls. The matter concerns the deprivation of the vulnerable girl from her human rights that is right to justice at the age of the nearly 10 years when her ancestral properties share was cheated by the brothers of her father.
