Grievance Description
In the following grievance Lekhpal Ramesh Tripathi submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report dated 21 Nov 2023 in which he claimed that the process of inheritance in the name of inheritors completed. He made the claim regarding the Araji number-142 in revenue village-Sarai Jeet Rai Urf Pure Bhava, but in the current matter the applicant raised the matter concerning the revenue village- Gobardhanpur which was not taken into account.
The applicant has not made the complaint regarding the following inheritance which has been completed by the Tehsil administration-Phoolpur.

According to report dated 6th October 2023 Lekh Pal Ramesh Tripathi states that revenue village Gobardhanpur is out of consolidation process currently Which revenue records are being made online and process of inheritance of the applicant is currently underway. Grievance Description-The matter is closely connected with the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the communication of Settlement Officer Phoolpur.

The matter concerns the inheritance of the land in the name of Shiv Bahadur Singh to his son Prasant Singh and his wife Uma Singh on which staff of the Tehsil-Phoolpur are procrastinating for one years. This matter is more than three years old and because of corruption concerned staff are still procrastinating on the matter even when repeated representations have been submitted in the matter.
How shameful is it that Lekhpal and the revenue inspector are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matter which is accepted blindly by the monitoring staff on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh? According to the report submitted by the Lekhpal Ramesh Tripathi of the Tehsil- Phoolpur, district-Prayagraj in the complaint number-60000230187226 The inheritance of aggrieved applicant is under process and after completion of inquiry into the matter, name of the beneficiaries cum aggrieved applicants will be put under effect in the revenue records and by completing the process of inheritance. Think about the gravity of situation the matter is more than two years old since when more than two dozen applications have been submitted before the Tehsildar of the Phoolpur and his subordinates are only procrastinating on the issue of inheritance which is a mockery of the law and reflects deep rooted corruption in the working of the subdivisional magistrate Phoolpur district Prayagraj. Undoubtedly it is reflecting deep rooted corruption in the working of the subdivisional magistrate Phulpur earlier they procrastinated on the issue by taking recourse of the Chakbandi and now they are saying that feeding could not be possible because of Lekh Pal and reason told by the computer assistant is illegible. It is quite obvious that a special direction regarding the inheritance to be completed within time bound manner was given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, but it seems that it has been thrown into the dustbin. It is reflecting Jungle Raj in the working of the Tahsil Phulpur.
