Grievance Description

Financial Services (Banking Division) >> Fraud

Department/Bank/Financial Institute : State Bank of India

The matter concerns the payment taken without confirmation of one time password which is sent on the registered mobile number of the paying body. How could the payment be possible in State Bank of India in which one time password has not been sent on the registered mobile number of the payer? It is seen that most of the payments are blocked by the banking institution State Bank of India itself due to the security regions because these payees have no tacit understanding with the corrupt staff of State Bank of India but this bank because of the ulterior motives to fulfil allows the transactions without one time password verification to a fresh new payee.

Whether the Regulatory body Reserve Bank of India will tell the applicant that without verification of one time password in the transaction can any transaction be successful?

Whether accounts are opened in the bank by the name of website no location no name of the account holder is provided then how KYC of the website is verified which is essential according to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. There are numerous websites of the same name on the Internet.

The applicant submitted the following grievance on the public grievance portal of the government of India for redress of the grievance concerning State Bank of India city Branch Mirzapur.
