कृपया समन्वित शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली उत्तर प्रदेश जनसुनवाई सन्दर्भ संख्या- 60000240077054 सन्दर्भ लेने का कष्ट करें, जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एम०पी० सिंह, नि०मु० सुरेखापुरम् कॉलोनी श्री लक्ष्मी नारायन बैकुण्ड महादेव मन्दिर रीवा रोड़, मीरजापुर के द्वारा मोहल्ले में पेयजल हेतु अमृत योजना के अन्र्तगत गुणवत्ताविहिन पेयजल पाइप लाइन का विस्तार करने, पेयजल कनेक्शन देने तथा सड़क मरम्मत की मांग की गयी है। उक्त शिकायत के कम में अवगत कराना है कि अमृत योजना के अन्र्तगत नगर क्षेत्र में पेयजल से सम्बन्धित कराये जाने वाले कार्य अधिशासी अभियन्ता, निर्माण खण्ड 14 एम०एल०डी० एस०टी०पी० कैम्पस रमईपट्टी पक्का पोखरा मीरजापुर के द्वारा किया जा रहा है। अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय पत्रांक 115 / ज०क0/2024-25 दिनांक 27/05/2024 के द्वारा पत्र प्रेषित कर सम्बन्धित विभाग को अवगत करा दिया गया है। उक्त शिकायत का निस्तारण जल निगम मीरजापुर के द्वारा किया जाना है।

Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of the executive engineer Jalnikam regarding the water connection provided to the dwellers of Surekapuram Colony. Tubes of water connections are not pouring water to the connection holders even after two years.Whether the accountable staff of the Jal nigam will tell the applicant in how many water connexions provided by the Jalnikam to the residence of Shoreka from Kaloni water is coming in them if water is not being supplied in these connections then Jalnikam must provide the reason of not supplying the water under the Amrit scheme of the government of India.Our aim is reform but it seems as if our leaders do not want to reform the government machinery, they have nothing to do with the welfare of the society, they want to improve their own situation.

Consider the Amrit scheme, Amrit Yojana was started for which a huge loan was taken from the World Bank and the aim of which was to provide drinking water to every household. 

Under this scheme pipeline was laid down by the Department of Jal Nigam but it is most unfortunate after providing connection to each household in the Surekapuram Colony, Jabalpur Road Mirzapur City district Mirzapur, no water is available under this scheme to the residence after Surekapuram Colony. Municipality dug the roads to lay down cheap plastic pipes under the Amrit scheme and damaged roads and running away from repairing roads, how can it be justified? 

नगर पालिका ने अमृत योजना के तहत सस्ते प्लास्टिक पाइप डालने के लिए सड़कें खोद और सड़कों को क्षतिग्रस्त कर सड़कों की मरम्मत से दूर भागे क्या यही न्याय व्यवस्था है राम रोटी इंसाफ की बात करने वाली यह सरकार क्या अपने अविवेक पूर्ण निर्णयों से जनता को परेशान करना कब बंद करेगी  

Regarding the repair of Roads, personnel of municipality Mirzapur city had assured that they will repair it after the connection was provided to dwellers. They did not keep their promise. Whether it is not a breach of trust? It was the obligatory duty of the personnel, to repair the roads dug in the name of the Amrit scheme of the prime minister Narendra Modi. It seems that they have forgotten its duty. 

सड़कों की मरम्मत के संबंध में नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर के कर्मियों ने आश्वासन दिया था कि वे निवासियों को कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराने के बाद इसकी मरम्मत कराएंगे.उन्होंने अपना वादा नहीं निभाया।क्या यह विश्वास का उल्लंघन नहीं है?प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अमृत योजना के नाम पर खोदी गई सड़कों की मरम्मत करना कर्मियों का अनिवार्य कर्तव्य था।ऐसा लगता है कि वे अपना कर्तव्य भूल गए हैं।

A common man can think about how the inconsistent and arbitrary reports are being submitted by the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City which is exposing the cleanliness drive mission of our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi sir. Think about the gravity of the situation that they did not touch the submissions of the grievance but redressed the grievance through a concocted story which is not only illegal but showing the insolence of the the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City. The matter concerning the development was not touched by them because in the name of the Amrit scheme pipes were  laid down by them by digging the roads of the colony but now they are not repairing the roads. How can it be justified that less value of Pipes are causing the damages of the high value of roads? Now they are running away from repairing the road damaged because of the pipeline under the Amrit scheme of the prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi. 

एक आम आदमी सोच सकता है कि कैसे हमारे प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदर मोदी सर के सफाई अभियान को बेनकाब करने वाली नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर के कर्मचारियों द्वारा असंगत और मनमानी रिपोर्ट पेश की जा रही है। स्थिति की गंभीरता के बारे में सोचें कि उन्होंने शिकायत की प्रस्तुतियों को नहीं छुआ बल्कि एक मनगढ़ंत कहानी के माध्यम से शिकायत का निवारण किया जो न केवल अवैध है बल्कि नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर के संबंधित कर्मचारियों की गुस्ताखी को दर्शाता है। विकास की बात उनके हाथ नहीं लगी क्योंकि अमृत योजना के नाम पर उन्होंने कॉलोनी की सड़कों को खोदकर पा

Under the AMRIT scheme, the work related to drinking water in the city area is being carried out by the Executive Engineer, Construction Block 14, MLD, STP Campus, Ramaipatti, Pakka, Pokhara, Mirzapur. If the work is being carried out by the executive engineer and matter/complaint has been provided by the executive officer to the concerned executive engineer who is carrying out work allotted by the government concerning drinking water and repairing of the road then why the grievance was not disposed of by submitting the report of the concerned public officer. I think that for the better governance it was obligatory duty of the concerned public staff that they may invite the report of the concerned officer municipality Mirzapur city of the government, but it is most unfortunate to close the grievance by the report of the executive officer which is only saying that the matter has been forwarded to the concerned executive engineer instead of focusing into the merit of the case.
