This is a humble request to the branch manager State Bank of India City Branch Mirzapur to be instrumental in getting the refund of the following payment made by the applicant to an incredible service providing agency.

Branch manager must provide the feedback regarding the aforementioned payment which was transacted without verification of the one-time password which is essential for the security of the transaction. Whether one time password is not mandatory in payment of subscription amount even during the first payment.
Whether accounts are opened in the bank by the name of website no location no name of the account holder is provided then how KYC of the website is verified which is essential according to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. There are numerous websites of the same name on the Internet.

Dear staff of the service providing agency I have taken the subscription of your service and paid for it but because of your nonresponding services and non-supporting approach of the email messages sent by the customer on your help desk email.
I have just cancelled your subscription so refund my paid money for the subscription.
I was surprised during the purchasing of the subscription when money deducted from my bank account without verification of one-time password.
The screenshot of the current status of account of the customer is attached which is showing the cancellation of the purchased subscription.
