* Description of Information Sought When a Government servant applies for leave for going abroad on a private visit, separately prior permission of the competent authority for such visit is also required. The competent authority for granting permission will be as per instructions issued by the Cadre Authority/ administrative Ministry/ Department.
Dr. Ajit Kumar Kesharwani who is hurting the sentiments of the majority of the people on the large scale through his hate articulation and objectionable remarks, his posting is in the Primary Health Center Khatkhariya and he is illegally residing in Community Health Center Rajgarh.
Everyone knows that chief medical officer Mirzapur is the administrative head of the department of medical and health district Mirzapur and doctor Ajit Kumar Kesarwani is working under his supervision and administrative control. He is working as the medical officer tuberculosis but always remains in controversy because of his derogatory remarks against the majority community on the social networking sites for which he has been facing the First Information report by the public spirited people aggrieved with him.
Public Information Officer/Chief medical officer Mirzapur must provide the following information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the right to Information act 2005.
1- From the attached photographs to this RTI application, it is quite obvious that Dr Ajit Kumar Kesarwani was on a foreign trip.
Please provide the name and designation of the medical officer who granted sanction of leave for foreign trip to doctor Ajit Kumar Kesarvani.
2- Please provide the feedback regarding the foreign trip of the doctor Ajit Kumar Kesharwani available to the department of medical and health district mirzapur.
3- Please provide the leave details granted by the department of medical and health to doctor Ajit Kumar Kesarvani for the foreign trips.
4- Please provide the minutes of proceeding and the copy of the communications exchanged in order to grant the leave for the foreign trips of Dr Ajit Kumar Kesarvani.
5- Please provide the posting details of the doctor Ajit Kumar Kesarvani and date when he joined the district Mirzapur and post on which he joined. As well as please provide the transfer details of Ajit Kumar Kesarvani in district Mirzapur.

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the suspensive trip of doctor Ajit Kumar Kesarvani to foreign country which comes under the supervision of the chief medical officer district Mirzapur.
