Most respected sir, the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance is the report of the lekhpal of the revenue village Nibi Gaharwar under tahsil Sadar which comes under the ambit of subdivisional magistrate Sadar, district Mirzapur.
In his report concerned lekhpal categorically states that the applicant submitted representation for the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi and the application of the applicant is new which is under the verification stage. The contents of the report are somehow legible. Which is an inconsistent and arbitrary report showing mismanagement in the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
The case is related to Lekhpal Sadar Tehsil District Mirzapur who arbitrarily rejected the application of the applicant due to corruption, whereas the hard copy of the application besides the online application has been given to the department which is completely readable.
Concerned Lekhpal arbitrarily cancelled the application for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi on the ground that revenue records submitted by the coordinator of the common service centre of the government were blurred which are illegible to the Lekhpal.
It is noticeable that the coordinator of the Jansubidha Kendra not only uploaded the documents only, but he also submitted the hard copy of the applications along with the supportive documents to the concerned department as told by him to the aggrieved applicant Arun Pratap Singh.

In relation to the above, it is to be informed that on checking your data on PM Kisan from the Aadhaar provided by you, it is showing Rejected by office of the sub divisional magistrate whitch means tahsil Sadar. Therefore, you should get your Khatauni registered on the Tehsil PM Kisan portal and get it approved, so that further action can be taken from this level. This report has been submitted by the deputy director of agriculture district Mirzapur.
The matter concerns the working of the sub-disvisual magistrates Sadar, district-Mirzapur whose subordinates are procrastinating on the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi application of Arun Pratap Singh on the flimsy ground.
It is to be informed that concerned lekhpal nevar met the applicant and never made enquiry regarding the application of the applicant for the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi as far as my knowledge is concerned, concerned lekhpal never does the verification of the candidates who apply for prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi besides of it, he only thinks about the convenience money provided by the bogus applicants and thereafter he used to approve their bogus applications which is the root cause there are several bogus beneficiaries in the village panchayat which must be verified by a team especially appointed by the district administration to check the anomalies in prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi provided by the government but not reaching to the needy.
