Social welfare officer Mirzapur must take action in the matter in accordance with the law.

This is a humble request of the applicant instead of telling the processing of the application concerned staff must tell the applicant about time when they will complete the process because the application has been submitted many many times ago. Whether the process of verification or reverification will take many months as claimed by the concerned staff in the following report. How can procrastination of the public staff be justified in this way? Where is the good governance if there is no transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority?

It is quite obvious that following report has been submitted by the social welfare officer district Mirzapur in the above grievance. Moreover the original report of the social welfare officer is attached as the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. It is noticeable that 2 years passed but the staff of the social welfare officer Mirzapur is only spending the time in the name of processing the application whether such procrastination can be justified?

आख्या 60000230248743, मो0न0 9793724720 दुर्गावती पत्नी श्रीकृष्ण, ग्राम नीबी गहरवार विकास खण्ड छानबे मीरजापुर आवेदिका ने वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजनान्तर्गत आनलाइन किये गये आवेदन 316212099651 के क्रम में पेंशन का लाभ न प्राप्त होने की शिकायत की है। समस्या/शिकायत के परिपेक्ष्य में किये गये कार्यवाही का संक्षिप्त विवरण- आवेदिका द्वारा वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजनान्तर्गत किये गये आवेदन 316212099651 को जनपद स्तर से अपेक्षित कार्यवाही पूर्ण करते हुये आनलाइन डिजिटल सिग्नेचर से वेरीफाई किया गया है, तदोपरान्त आवेदिका के आवेदन पत्र में अंकित बैंक खाते का पी०एफ०एम०एस० रिस्पान्स जनपद की लागिन पर प्राप्त होने पर पुनः रि-वेरीफाई कराया जायेगा एवं पेंशन की धनराशि निदेशालय, समाज कल्याण, उत्तर प्रदेश लखनऊ द्वारा डी0बी0टी0 के माध्यम से आधार लिंक बैंक खाता में प्रेषित की जायेगी, जो एक निर्धारित प्रक्रिया है। जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी, मीरजापुर।

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the public aid provided by the Government of India to old age people through social welfare department of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

The matter concerns the working after social welfare officer district Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh whose subordinates are procrastinating on the old age pension of Durgavati.

An application on behalf of my wife Durgavati who has applied for old age pension, but the concerned staff of the government are only procrastinating on it. For the more details, vide attached document the grievance which is online application submitted by Durgavati.

The matter concerns the Durgavati W/O Shree Krishna Tripathi who has submitted application for old age pension which registration number-316212099651.

Name of the applicant as Aadhaar seeded is Durgavati. Gender as Aadhaar Seeded-Female, name of the applicant as form filled Durgavati.

Name of the applicant-Shrikrishna, Gender as form filled-Female, Category-General. This implies that more than one year 10 months passed since the date Aadhaar demo was authenticated which means online application for the old age pension was submitted by the wife of the applicant.

Right to reason is an indispensable part off the sound administrative system so it is an obligatory duty of the social welfare officer district Mirzapur to provide the reason to the applicant of not taking any action on the application of the wife of the applicant.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the Honourable Sir to take action in the matter in accordance with law in direction to provide old age pension to the applicant Durgavati.
