The appellant has sought 5-points information from the Chief Minister you have denied 4 point formation which means you did not take the perusal 5th point of addition which is as follows. 5- Please provide the duration, when the entire function of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission will be performed by the chief information commissioner without state Information Commissioners. The appellant is well apprised of the fact that The government will keep disruption of the state information Commission sine die. The appellant wants that you may deny the 5th point information in likewise manner as you did it regarding 4- points Information.
If the Democratic setup in the state has been hijacked by the political masters in the state, what can be done by the common people in the state? They can wait for the time that is the only option for them. The government has not only misled the specific appellant in the matter, but it also misled people in the state regarding the appointment of information commissions in the state information commission.
