D.M. is responsible for non-compliance of order passed by Uttar Pradesh state information commission for recovery of penalties. It is noticeable that compliance report has not been made available by the district magistrate to the state information commission government of Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the reminder sent by the registrar of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission. What is the meaning of the order passed by the UPSIC if the penalties imposed by the UPSIC is not being recovered by the competent authorities?
