* Prayer or Relief Sought It is quite obvious that in this matter nodal officers are themselves public information officers. From the attached government order issued by the Department of Administrative reform it is mandatory for all provincial civil servants to submit their assets on the Sparrow Portal of the government before 31st January 2024. This mandatory submission will take place under the vigilant supervision of departmental heads. From the following status of the submitted RTI application by the appellant it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted atie application on 26th January 2024 which was disposed of by the nodal officer who is also the public information officer of the collectorate district-Prayagraj on 6th February 2024 with Remark- please submit your application to U.P. government chief Secretary Office. Nodal officer must know that the public information officer in the office of Chief Secretary Govt of Uttar Pradesh can disclose the information regarding the provincial civil servants working in the Chief Secretary Office, not about those provincial civil servants who are working under the supervision of district magistrate district-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
