The matter concerns working of commissioner of police Prayagraj. Station house officer police station Civil Lines district Prayagraj pin code-209601 who submitted absurd report in the following grievance.
If the offenders are really interested in the negotiation, why did they choose the place of negotiation premises of the High Court of judicature at Allahabad and they did not propose any such negotiations in the district Mirzapur? What is the cause of such a bogus report on the part of the investigation officer is a matter of concern to the applicant and such practices must not be promoted by the government in the wide interest of society.
It seems that the concerned investigation officer did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance, and they submitted an arbitrary report which is partial in favour of offenders and such a report only promotes corruption and crime in the society.

Therefore, the most respected commissioner of police district Prayagraj may take appropriate action in the matter of threat to kill the applicant.
To register a First Information Report against the offenders who threatened to kill the applicant on the four-corner road before the high court of judicature at Allahabad when the applicant cum victim had gone there to pursue a criminal matter concerning bail application in the court number 77 which details are as follows.
Whether the premises of the High Court which is a high security zone is a place of negotiations by the clients of the advocates who are the parties in the litigations quite obvious from the bogus report submitted by the concerned police officer of the district Prayagraj? There is a video of the incident which has been shared on the Internet on the platform of YouTube of the Google even after that you are falsely stating in the report that those people threatening the applicant of dire consequences are being shielded in the report of the police which is promoting the criminal activities in the society. Think about the gravity of the situation if a person is not secure in the premises of the High Court adjudication at Allahabad, then think about the condition of the security in the remote area of the district headquarters. If the police will adopt such a lackadaisical approach in such matters, then parties of the litigations will really feel insecure in the premises of the High Court of judicature at Allahabad.
