It is quite obvious that prepaid funds available to the Facebook of India of the applicant is Rs.788.45It is quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance when the aforementioned company cancelled the ads of the applicant then it was obligatory duty of the staff of the company to refund the paid amount of the aggrieved applicant. Unfortunately, they still have not done so. The applicant have submitted repeated representations against Facebook India on the portals at the government but because of the corruption in the government machinery such representations could not reap justified solutions for the applicant. How can the government of India allow cheaters like Facebook India to proliferate business activities on its land whose sole motive is to loot the innocent and gullible people? Which canon law allows Facebook India that its staff may take the money of people without making advertisements. Please direct the staff of Facebook India to refund the prepaid money of the applicant by pursuing the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India.
Please take action against the wrongdoer company.

The complainant was aggrieved by non-refund of balance amount of prepaid amount due to the cancellation of advertisements. The Matter does not fall under the purview/domain of Companies Act, 1956/2013 and rules made thereunder. It appears that the allegations are breach of agreements/contract. Complainant may approach court of law if so advised, having jurisdiction in the matter. A letter dated 08.01.2023 to the complainant is uploaded herewith. In view of the above, this complaint may be treated as closed at this office level.

It is quite obvious that Facebook India is looting innocent and Gullible people and government functionaries are running away from the matter by playing cryptic games with the submitted grievances this is not only illegal but also promoting corruption in the department of the public authorities. Whether in this way our political masters like Narendra Damodar Das Modi and others are providing good governance to the people of this country. It seems that rule of law in this largest democracy in the world has been substituted by rule of anarchy which is precarious situation being faced by common citizenry.

It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the following public authority, but it was incorrectly forwarded to the registrar of Company Telangana which has no jurisdiction in the matter, but this blunder was not taken into account. RD : Northern Region The following comment was made by Registrar Ap Company Telangana in the matter. The complainant was aggrieved by non-refund of balance amount of prepaid amount due to the cancellation of advertisements. It seems that concerned staff are the staff of company Telangana was incompetent to understand the contents of the grievance. The submission of the applicant in the matter is that if the company which is registered to Punjab and Chandigarh and company I had taken prepaid amount and it cancelled the advertisement of the applicant then it had to return bed excess amount but it did not pay which is corruption and irregularity in the working of the company and such company which are cheaters may not be allowed to work as company in this largest democracy in the world. It is quite obvious that this fraud company of the Facebook of India is not following the setup norms which is required to get the licence to run a company on the soil of this country. This prayer has been made to cancel the licence of this fraud company and matter must be looked into by the concerned office of the registrar of Company which is located under the jurisdiction of the Punjab and Chandigarh registrar of company. How can illegal and fraud activities of the Facebook of India can be allowed in this largest democracy in the world which is quite obvious from the tyranny and arbitrariness of the company in the matter? It is most unfortunate that public staff is running away from matter.
