Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi and the applicant draws the kind attention to matter needs urgent action.
There are two types of evidence of corruption 1-direct evidence and 2-circumstantial evidence. Undoubtedly there is no direct evidence of corruption of police in the matter but circumstantial evidence itself stating that police provided the full support to the land grabbers which is the root cause the applicant is alleging that there is no impeccable integrity of the concerned police personnel in the matter because of they have adopted lackadaisical and partial approach in dealing with the matter which is quite obvious from there irresponsible and illogical reports submitted by them in dozens of grievances of the applicant on the public grievance portal at the Government of India. Instead of taking action against the offenders under sections Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code, you have misused section 151 107 and 116 of the criminal procedure code which are preventive measures applied against the spirit of circular issued by D.G.P. office in compliance guidelines issued by High court of judicature at Allahabad to prevent misuse of preventive measures and such dereliction will only promote anarchy in the society and promote land grabbers.
It is quite obvious that in the following reference there is little improvement in the report of the police because in this report which is attached as a third page of the submitted PDF document to the grievance mentioned the name of the offenders correctly. Otherwise it is the same parrot reply as submitted earlier in more than dozen grievances.

Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is obligatory duty of the public information officer to provide the reason of not taking action in the matter of land grabbing against the offenders under sections Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Most Superintendent of police district Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi, the applicant submits his representation point-wise as follows.
Police failed to take action in the matter of land grabbing so Dr. Umeshwar Prabhat Singh, circle officer Aurai provided a misleading report deliberately addressing the matter as the land dispute. The station house officer has already told appellant that no magistrate order has been passed in the matter in favour of land grabbers. Land grabbers have only support of police who are justifying through its cryptic sentences which is a mockery of the law.
Which means land of the applicant has been grabbed and now police are saying that do not ask offenders to remove the tin shade otherwise I will take action which means police supporting the grabbers.
The offenders have put the Tin shade in the abbadi land belonging to the family of the applicant and police did not take any action against the offenders and now saying that do not disturb the of peace otherwise I will take action against you which means they are safeguarding the tin shade which has been kept in the land of the applicant by colluding with police, this can never be justified.
