Most respected Sir you have closed the following grievance by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter concerning the compensation to the victim whose crops were burnt due to the short-circuit on 21st April 2021 quite obvious from the second page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance which is addressed to the superintending engineer division Mirzapur.
If the executive engineer electricity distribution division second sent the communication letter number-7475, dated-20 October 2023 to the sub divisional officer Jangi Road electricity distribution division 2nd for one more inquiry into the matter, then his obligatory duty is to ensure the speedy process in the matter as there is undue delay has been already made because of the procrastination of the concerned staff in the matter.
There must be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited district Mirzapur in providing public assistance to farmers but it is not reflecting from the working style of the concerned staff of the department of electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur. Here various tricks are searched by the staff to harass the victim farmers because of the rampant corruption in the local office of the public authority Pradesh power corporation limited which is quite obvious from the cumbersome processing in the department of the matter.
More than two years already passed and now victim wants to ask one question from executed engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar that how much additional time will be taken by him and completing the processing of the compensation to provide the victim?

Think about the gravity of situation, the matter belongs to the covid period still awaiting redress on the part of public staff belonging to department of electricity. Whether such procrastination may be justified in pseudo claimed good governance by our political masters.

Grievance Description-The applicant currently living in Mumbai whether the department will accept the copy of the first information report will be sent by the applicant through the speed registered post because it is not possible for the applicant to reach the office of the department at once. Why is the department of electricity not accepting the scan copy of the first information report attached to the grievance as well as the copy of the first information report sent to the WhatsApp of Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar as well as the concerned clerk? Think about the mismanagement in the department that they are procrastinating on the matter belonging to the Corona. period not interested in providing compensation to a farmer. Whether it is justified to adopt various clinching tricks to harass an applicant seeking compensation whose crops burnt due to short-circuit?
The second page of the attached PDF documents is the scan copy of the first information report registered by the S.H.O. Vindhyachal in this matter. Think about the gravity of situation they are not considering on the scan copy of the first information report provided by the station house officer police station Vindhyachal district Mirzapur which is attached to the grievance and most surprising thing is that this copy of First Information Report has been sent on the WhatsApp of executive engineer Electricity Distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar more than two months earlier and same clerk also asked the applicant to send the copy of the first information report on his WhatsApp.
