since no involvement of larger public interest has been established the same
cannot be provided in light of exemption under section 8 (1) (1) of the RTI
Act, 2005.
Submission of the appellant is
as follows.
CPIO must know that branch
manager is not a third party and his posting details concerns with the working
of the public authority so there must be transparency and accountability in the
working of the public authority for which right to Information Act was
introduced by the government of India. There denial of information by CPIO is
illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires to the provisions of the Right to
Information Act 2005.
2-If the aforementioned branch manager
transferred within the circle then provide the transfer details.

CPIO had to provide transfer details of the branch manager if branch
manager was transferred within the circle by public authority.
But this information also denied by CPIO on the false flimsy ground
because of corruption which pressed them to live in fear psychosis.

Bulandshahr R M Office of the Punjab National Bank (PNB).
