महोदय जांच टीम द्वारा अपनी आंख्या में महिला अस्पताल के भ्रष्ट डॉक्टरों को छुपाने के लिए जिस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल का जिक्र किया है वह कोई और नहीं खुद महिला हॉस्पिटल के अधीन काम करने वाला महिला हॉस्पिटल का एमसीएच विंग है जोकि पब्लिक प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप के थिअरी पर आधारित है जो हमारे महान प्रधानमंत्री और प्रदेश के मुखिया श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के दूरदर्शिता पूर्ण सोच पर आधारित है
महोदय आप उनसे पूछिए कि उन्होंने प्रार्थी के पत्नी रूबी का क्या इलाज किया क्योंकि आपका कहना है कि जब प्रार्थी की पत्नी प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल से लौटी तो उसकी हालत और भी खराब थी तो इस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल के द्वारा हमारी पत्नी रूबी का क्या इलाज किया गया हमारी पत्नी इस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में कितने समय तक रही इन लोगों ने हमारी पत्नी का इलाज क्यों नहीं किया क्योंकि यह लोग बिना भारी-भरकम फीस लिए तो इलाज करते ही नहीं है और प्रार्थी की क्षमता थी ही नहीं प्रार्थी के पत्नी को इन्होंने को एडमिट किया ही नहीं बल्कि उन्होंने कुछ फार्म भरवाए थे प्रार्थी से किंतु इलाज नहीं किया तो इस पर उनसे रिपोर्ट मांगे और विवरण के लिए जांच टीम की जांच आख्या और एमसीएच विंग की काली करतूत संलग्नक के रूप में अटैच किया गया है और इस मैटर को प्रार्थी द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश ह्यूमन राइट्स कमीशन में भी उठाया गया है
The matter concerns the principal of maa Vindhyavasini government Medical College as MCH wing of the government women hospital works under the ambit principal of maa Vindhyawasini government college. What is the loss if principal may provide the report which ought to be provided to the applicant as obligatory duty of principal of maa Vindhyawasini government but not providing under transparency act after the transfer of application to principal by C.M.O. quite obvious from attached document to the grievance.

If the chief medical officer deems that matter is closely connected with the working at the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini Medical College then it was his obligatory duty to forward the matter to the principal of the said college.
Chief medical officer Mirzapur submitted the following report which categorically states that the matter concerns the principal of maa Vindhyavasini government Medical College as MCH wing of the government women hospital works under the ambit principal of maa Vindhyawasini government college.
In the following report, chief medical officer Mirzapur itself accepting that the matter concerns the working of MCH wing of government women hospital which works under the ambit of the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini medical college so the matter can be redressed by the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini medical college so they had to transfer it to concerned mandate for redress. In order of the above, it is to be informed that the applicant's wife Mrs. Ruby and the new born baby were treated in the District Women's Hospital, Mirzapur and the District Women's Hospital, Mirzapur is under the control of Maa Vindhyavasini Autonomous Government Medical College, Mirzapur. The applicant can obtain the desired information by contacting the Principal, Maa Vindhyawasini Autonomous State Medical College / Chief Medical Superintendent, District Women's Hospital, Mirzapur. In relation to the settlement of the complaint case by the applicant, it is to be informed that the additional superintendent of police, Nagar was nominated for the investigation of the case in the order of the complaint made by the applicant before the State Human Rights Commission and for the investigation of the case, the Health Department and Earlier done by the joint team of police department. The matter is covered by the Human Rights Commission. Presently the applicant has demanded some documents related to the treatment of his wife.
