Think about the credibility of the police not providing any reprieve to the labourers belonging to the oppressed section.
Credibility of the reports submitted by the police in the matter can be easily guessed from the facts that not a single statement mentioned in the report of the chauki incharge Mandi samiti is true.
It is quite obvious that chauki incharge had a conversation with the applicant on his mobile number and talked about the compromise in the matter. When the applicant had asked that sir you may be instrumental in providing the wages of the poor labourers then he denied and said that it is not possible.
Why is the police supporting the stand of the woman who wants to bungle the rupees 40000 wages of the poor labourers?
Now the applicants confirm that there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the police which is the root cause the police is submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports.

The matter concerns the oppression of the members of the oppressed caste. Police may register a First Information Report in the matter against opposition for harassing the applicants belonging to the oppressed section.

महोदय प्रार्थी को पुलिस के झूठे प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट से भय नहीं है बल्कि भाई यह है कि उस झूठ है प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट के आड़ में प्रार्थी का रुपए 40000 का गबन जो हो रहा है
महोदय उपरोक्त मजदूरी प्रार्थी और उसके दो साथियों की है जो विपक्षी महिला का घर बनाने और बाद में मजदूरी न देने से संबंधित है
महोदय प्रार्थी और उसके मजदूर भाई दलित वर्ग से ताल्लुक रखते हैं और प्रार्थी के पास 2 जून की रोटी तब मिलती है जब वह कार्य करता है श्रीमान जी पुलिस का यह फर्ज बनता है कि वह मामले की जांच कराएं और नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करें किंतु ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है
महोदय प्रार्थी द्वारा भी प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के लिए पुलिस कप्तान महोदय के यहां प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया है किंतु अभी तक प्रार्थी के प्रार्थना पत्र पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई जबकि पुलिस महिला के कहने से प्रार्थी और उन प्रार्थी के मित्रों के विरुद्ध झूठ ही कार्यवाही और दबाव बनाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि प्रार्थी का रुपए 40000 मजदूरी पुलिस उसकी चर्चा भी नहीं करना चाहती है बल्कि समझौता कराने के लिए बार-बार दबाव डाल रही है
श्रीमान जी पुलिस प्रार्थी के विरुद्ध छेड़खानी की कई धाराओं को लगा कर के प्रार्थी को जेल में बंद करने तथा मारने पीटने का धमकी दे रही है जबकि प्रार्थी द्वारा ₹40000 के बारे में बात तक नहीं करना चाहती है यह भी नहीं पूछ रही है उन लोगों से कि यह मकान किसने बनाया है इस मकान की मजदूरी का भुगतान की है कि नहीं जबकि सच्चाई यह है कि इस प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट के पीछे का राज यह है कि रुपए40000 मजदूरी प्रार्थी का भद्र महिला देना ही नहीं चाहती है
माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय से प्रार्थी का विनम्र अनुरोध है कि मामले की पारदर्शिता पूर्ण जांच हो और जांच के उपरांत जो दोषी हो चाहे वह पुलिसकर्मी हो चाहे प्रार्थी हो या विपक्ष भद्र महिला हो जो भी दोषी हो उनके खिलाफ दंडात्मक कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए और भविष्य में इस ढंग की बातों की पुनरावृति भी नहीं होनी चाहिए ऐसा निश्चित होना चाहिए यही पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही भी है झूठे आरोप लगाने से यदि व्यक्ति मजदूरी देने से बच जाएगा तो यही प्रचलन बन जाएगा और इस धन की प्रथा को रोकना चाहिए क्योंकि ऐसी प्रथा कभी भी समाज में के लिए हितकर नहीं है हम तो वैसे भी 2 जून की रोटी के मोहताज हैं
