The matter concerning the efficiency of the junior engineers working in the department of electricity district Mirzapur must not be overlooked by executive Engineer electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur Mr Rajesh Kumar. Every common man knows it the theft of electricity in district Mirzapur is on its Zenith and I think that such efforts on the part of government are very much beneficial for the department but few corrupt people in the department will adopt lackadaisical approach to decelerate the move of the government.

प्रदेश में बिजली विभाग के अवर अभियंताओं को हर दिन कम से कम 10 बकायेदारों के कनेक्शन काटने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इस निर्देश का पालन करने में अवर अभियंता पसीना छोड़ रहे हैं। उनका कहना है कि एक से अधिक उपकेंद्र का चार्ज होने की वजह से वे अन्य कार्य नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। जबकि पॉवर कारपोरेशन लक्ष्य पूरा नहीं करने पर कार्रवाई की धमकी दे रहा है। प्रदेश में अवर अभियंता के करीब साढ़े पांच हजार पद हैं। इन दिनों करीब पांच हजार अभियंता कार्यरत हैं। इन पदों की स्वीकृति वर्ष 1972 के अनुसार हुई थी। तब करीब 30 लाख उपभोक्ता थे, लेकिन अब इनकी संख्या तीन करोड़ 30 लाख के आसपास हो गई है। ब्यूरो
An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India to make an enquiry regarding the disconnection by the junior engineers in accordance with the circular issued by the government of Uttar Pradesh. According to the aforementioned circular, a junior engineer will disconnect the electricity connection of the electricity consumers who are not paying the dues of the electricity. Such directive is used by the competent authority to ensure the repayment of dues by the electricity consumers who are hollowing the department of electricity by colluding with the corrupt staff of the department of electricity. I request the executive Engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar to provide the following information to the applicant in wide public interest. 1-Executive Engineer electricity distribution division second mister Rajesh Kumar tell the total number of junior engineers working under the jurisdiction of his office. 2-Executive Engineer electricity distribution division second mister Rajesh Kumar may tell us about the total number of disconnections made by each junior engineer in the last month under his jurisdiction. Here jurisdiction must be considered as the area of his supervision which acts under his ambit. 3-government issues notices, office memo, circulars and Government orders for the implementation of it not to sit on the circulars. Therefore it is fundamental duties of an individual who is the citizen of this country to make enquiry regarding the implementation of government circulars issued by the competent authority. I expect from you that you will not run away from the core issue as usually done by you to conceal its lacunae. Please take action in the matter at the earliest and intimate the applicant. Honesty must reflect in the working of each public staff instead of repeating again and again honesty, honesty.
