विषय-Dhiraj Singh alleged that MCH wing of Government women hospital is the centre to refer the patients to private hospitals and earns commission. The matter concerns Mahima Singh, 31 years old, wife of Dhiraj Singh who was admitted in the MCH wing of the government women hospital concerned with the women hospital of the government located at Rambagh, district Mirzapur. Following is the report submitted by the chief medical officer Mirzapur on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Sir, is it appropriate that this case of corruption should be closed on the basis that the case is related to the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur. Sir, is this the honesty of the Yogi government which makes tall claims of honesty. It is true that the Women Child Wing, which is related to the District Women Hospital, is based on the theory of Public Private Partnership. But on this day, the Women child wing Hospital only refers the patients who come here to private hospitals. Sir, was this women child wing opened for the purpose that it would refer the patients coming here to private hospitals and then go to the same doctors who refer them and get them delivered there. Think ₹ 40000 was spent, whereas if they had tried, the delivery could have been done without operation, but when extortion is to be done, all the principles end. Sir, this hospital was inaugurated by our MP Anupriya Patel and it is known as a link in the development of Mirzapur, but treatment is not done here, rather patients are referred to private hospitals, this is the honesty of this Yogi government. . Sir, the people of Mirzapur do not want this kind of development, due to which ₹ 40000 is spent only in delivery. Sir, the case should be sent to the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur for disposal and should not be closed in this way, otherwise it is a big sign of corruption.

Grievance Status for registration number GOVUPE20230011570 Date of Receipt 16022023 Received By Ministry/Department Uttar Pradesh Grievance Description The matter concerns Mahima Singh, 31 years old, wife of Dhiraj Singh who was admitted in the MCH wing of the government women hospital concerned with the women hospital of the government located at Rambagh, district Mirzapur. This hospital is working on the theory of public private partnership and is an integral part of the district women hospital Mirzapur. Short submissions of the aggrieved applicant are as follows.
1-The wife of the aggrieved applicant Dhiraj Singh was admitted in the MCH wing of the Government women hospital Mirzapur on 3rd February 2023. Please take the perusal of the second page of the attached file to the complaint in the PDF form.
2-Doctor Puja Maurya denied the treatment on the same date and referred the patient to the Krishna hospital and medical health care centre coordinated by Doctor Mridula jayasawal.
3-It must be noticed that doctor Puja Maurya executed surgical operation in the Krishna hospital and medical health care centre who had denied the treatment in the MCH wing of the government women hospital district Mirzapur.
4-The aggrieved applicant Dhiraj Singh spent 40000 rupees in this operation who had made effort to get the delivery done in the MCH wing at less expenditure but his spent had been beyond of his limit because of the cryptic practice of the staff of the MCH wing.
5-Dhiraj Singh alleged that MCH wing is committing daylight robbery in the name of curing the patients by referring the patients to the private hospitals where these patients are robbed in the name of medicines and bed charges and other facilities which are too expensive.
6-It is most surprising that the government is not providing medical facilities to the weaker and downtrodden section and it is only playing games with the health of the common man in the name of providing remedy to them.
7-Dhiraj Singh demanded the high level enquiry regarding the malfunctions of MCH wing of the women hospital Mirzapur who are indulged in the illegal practice of cheating the patients and looting them and their guardians.
The staff of the MCH wing take the commission from the private hospitals which are huge amounts as the case maybe. Our chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath ji should take cognizance of such loot of the innocent and gullible people in the state. In this bad practice accountable public staff concerning the medical and health department are indulged who are amassing huge wealth through such unlawful practice which must be investigated in the wide public interest.
