An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to seek following information from the public authority Central Registrar and Cooperative Society.
1- Mr. Upadhyay, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has assured us that such members/investors/depositors shall be duly paid the amount found due and payable to them. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners shall pay the amounts due to the members within two weeks of such determination being made. Proof of such payment shall be filed by the petitioners with the Central Registrar.
Please provide the number of members whose amounts were due and now paid by SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED in the compliance of the order of the High court of Delhi and total amount paid by company to investors until now.
2-From the attached following report, it is quite obvious that it is unsigned paper submitted by the office of Central Registrar and Cooperative Society.

w.r.t point No. 4&5, It is submitted that this office has received / is receiving, large number of representations of non-repayment of matured deposits on daily basis, directly or through various agencies, which were/ are being forwarded to the societies for necessary action. Due to huge volume, it is not possible to maintain list of such representations. In this context, it is also submitted that keeping in view of large number of complaints, CRCS took hearings of the 4 Sahara group cooperative societies and directed to streamline the redressal grievance system and to repay the deposits to the investors (order sheets available on website mscs.dac.gov.in). Since no satisfactorily reply was coming forth, CRCS debarred the Societies from taking new deposits or renewing the existing deposits. These societies challenged the orders of CRCS before the Honourable High Court of Delhi (WP669/2021). The Honourable Courts granted an interim stay on the operation of orders of CRCS.
Honourable High Court of Delhi vide Order dated 22.03.2022 partially vacated the stay imposed on the proceedings held against Society by the CRCS. In compliance Office of CRCS sent lakhs of claims amounting to crores of Rupees, to Sahara group credit societies for verification and payment, but societies are not responding properly. Status report in this regards has already been filed before Honourable Delhi High Court. The matter is sub-judice.
This office is taking all possible steps against the societies, to ensure repayment.
