* Prayer or Relief Sought PIO denied the information concerning the posting details of the class one, class two, class 3 employees and class four employees by taking the recourse of Rule 4(2)(a). According to subsection 2 a of section 4 UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015 -(2) Any request for obtaining information under the Act should fulfil the following conditions: (a) The information sought should be a part of the record held by or under the control of the public authority concerned. Reason for Rejection :- Rule 4(2)(a). Remarks:- . The information sought should be a part of the record held by or under the control of the public authority concerned. Sir, how the staff are designated in the working of the public authority is not available in the records of the Tehsil Sadar? If any staff joins the tehsil Sadar at any post, then the process of joining is not carried out in the Tehsil Sadar. Whether the duration of the working of the staff of Tehsil Sadar is not maintained in the tehsil Sadar? This implies that now work of Tehsil Sadar is completely paralyzed and this anarchy and arbitrariness in the working of the public authority must be overcome as soon as possible. I think that the minutes of proceedings must be recorded but it unbelievable that one of the key department of the government of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Tehsil Sadar is managed by the rule of anarchy and this anarchy is culminating into mismanagement because of the incompetent and dishonest personnel of the Tehsil Sadar. This is an urgent need of the hour that D.M. Mirzapur must interfere in the working of the Tehsil Sadar so that uncontrolled anarchy prevailed in the working of Tehsil must stop. The denial of information by the Tehsildar Sadar is arbitrary, unconstitutional and promotes corruption quite prevalent in transfer and posting of the staff and violation of the new transfer policy formulated by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

2-The Public Information Officer in the office of sub divisional Magistrate Sadar District Mirzapur may tell the applicant that on which date he joined the Tehsil Sadar , what was his post at that time
