* Prayer or Relief Sought The information seeker sought six point information but PIO did not touch a single point. PIO through Station House Officer Vindhyachal may provide the following information to information seeker. 
1-Provide the number of First Information Report registered in the Vindhyachal during covid epidemic of burning of crops of the farmers due to short circuit. 
2-Provide the details of farmers whose F.I.R. requests were registered as aforementioned including sections of Criminal procedure code and Indian Penal Code. 
3-Provide total number of farmers whose crops were burnt due to short circuit during covid period but F.I.R. were not registered by the police arbitrarily. 
4-Provide the total number of farmers whose crops were burnt due to short circuit during covid period submitted application for registering F.I.R. and their details as well if not included in the aforementioned point 1, 2 and 3. 
5-Provide the number of FIR details submitted by the aggrieved farmers to get the compensation of covid period in burning of crops in the entire district. 
6-Provide circular guidelines, office memo and government orders issued by the government to register F.I,R. of farmers in cases of burning of crops due electrical accidents. Please direct him to comment on these points as concerns wide public interest.

* Description of Information Sought The matter also concerns the working of the station house officer police station-Vindhyachal Kotwali, District-Mirzapur. The matter concerns Circular letter number-2828 dated -25 September 2021 office memo of Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited. How could the Executive Engineer Electricity distribution division second do retrospection of the aforementioned office memo? Sir, Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur AK Singh does not want to give compensation to the applicant Dayanand Singh Son of Shobhnath Singh on the basis of the above office memo Sir, the date of the above memo of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited is 25 September 2021 while the date of crop burning is 18 April 2021 and the report submitted by Lekh pal is dated 15 June 2021 which has been forwarded by Kanungo on 19 June 2021 i.e. Sir, The circular being referred to is of a later date. Sir, on the basis of the above memo, the executive engineer, Electricity Distribution Division II, Mr. AK Singh, withholding the compensation of applicant Dayanand Singh, does not show arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and dictatorial tendency, will there be any other example of corruption, when we call them corrupt They are disturbed but the truth is that they are not going properly on anything, their every work style is full of corruption. Circular on the basis of which the compensation is being withheld is being retrospectively applied to promote corruption in the department. Which is the root cause not a single farmer was provided compensation of whose crops were burnt due to short-circuit during the Covid period.
