With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Article 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence.
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that whether the number of grievances limited to 10 is not a violation of the Article 51A of the constitution of India. This implies that the government headed by Narendra Modi at the centre is snatching the powers of the people to make enquiry regarding the activities of the government functionaries.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the number of grievances can be reduced by posting the honest competent public personnel for the purpose of redressing the complaints of the people instead of overlooking the complaints of people on the flimsy ground as done by arbitrary decisions of bureaucrats who never favours the transparency and accountability.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that complainants are informers of the government who always update the government with correct information based on supportive evidence but now government functionaries are running away from the truth which precarious situation for the government.
5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that when the government functions because of corruption concealing the information regarding its function, then to deprive people from submitting grievances will only catalyze the manifold increase in corruption in the government machinery.

Grievance description and its attachment is as follows.
Sir the applicant made a call to the assistant engineer jalkal, mister Sudheer Kumar Verma on his official mobile number and provided elaborate detail to him his reaction was the residence of Surekha Puram colony causing a burn of tube well pump. Whether it is a proper reply by an accountable officer of the Government of Uttar Pradesh? Whether the maintenance and operation of the tube well pump is carried out by the residence of Surekapuram colony? The factual position is that there is complete mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City and its branches. Since there is no transparency and accountability in the working of municipality Mirzapur City which is the root cause of the problem being faced by the residents of Surekapuram colony.The applicant has uploaded the recent photographs but it is unfortunate that this photograph will not be upload on the jansunwai portal because it is not working properly.

The second reason is dysfunctional of the water pump installed in the Surekapuram colony. विषय-Everyone knows that the tube well pump installed in the Surekapuram colony to pump out the dirty water has gotten defective since a week but no arrangement has been made on the part of municipality Mirzapur City to bring the tube well pump in working condition. On one side of the screen drainage is broken for a year and another side of the screen because of the defect in the tube well pump water is spreading on the road which makes the lives of the residents of Surekapuram colony hell. To ensure the health and hygiene of the citizens of the state we should make a cleanliness drive mission a successful campaign initiated by our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi but because of the mismanagement in the administrative machinery this goal could not be achieved. Drainage water overflowing on roads in Surekapuram Colony reflects carelessness of municipality Mirzapur city and truth of cleanliness drive as they did not clean the choked drainage ipso facto. Cleanly drive mission of Modi Sir, drainage water is overflowing on the roads and complaints of dwellers causing no impact on Municipality Mirzapur city.
