If Facebook did not advertise, then Facebook must refund the money but here Facebook is acting like robbers performing unethical business

Which is providing false advertisement and cheating customers through its cryptic working styles. The details of the of the company is as follows. Facebook India Online Services Pvt. Ltd. Account: 348910478553028 Business: Mahesh Pratap Singh Mohalla Surekapuram Jabalpur Road Mirzapur, UP 231001 India PAN: GSWPS0850 Most respectfully the applicant is drawing kind attention of the Honourable to the following submissions as follows. 1-Total amount billed 1,294.71 INR Total funds added 2,083.16 INR is quite obvious from the attached PDF document. 2-According to terms and conditions, Facebook India had to charge Rs.83 per day but it charged more than hundred rupees per day. 3-Today when aforementioned advertising company stopped to show ads, then why it charged Rs. 103.29 INR. 4-It had to send the information on email to customer before restraining from advertisement, but it did not do so. 5-The applicant deactivated its ads account, but this information not sent on the registered email address of the applicant as usual sends streams of messages to lure the customer. 6-No status of prepaid refund status made available by the aforementioned advertisement company to the applicant. 7-Incredible statistics of visitors made available by the aforementioned advertising agency to the applicant which is inconsistent with the Google analytics and blogger statistics. Please take appropriate action to protect me from cheatings of the Facebook India.
