Grievance Description
Factual position is that chief medical officer Mirzapur did not pay the salary of the aggrieved lab technicians as stated in its report provided by him in the following complaint made by the applicant on the prime minister office portal.
Honourable sir may be pleased to take the perusal of the attached PDF documents to the complaint.
Respected sir may consider about the miserable condition of the covid warriers as addressed by the Modi government to such staff whose family is on the verge of hunger because of non payment of maintenance provided as tiny amount by the government.
Chief medical officer paid honorarium of Lab Technicians through bill dated- 06/01/2023 after one year, numerous communications exchanged as claimed by the chief medical officer district Mirzapur quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance.

Rupees 217276 has been paid to the silkon business private limited quite obvious from the attached photograph as page second of the attached PDF document to the grievance. The photograph has the transaction detail and the paying body detail who is the CMO Mirzapur.
The third page of the attached PDF document is the message conveyed by the State Bank of India on the mobile of the one of the aggrieved lab technicians. This message categorically shows that whatever payment has been made by the silkon business private limited Varanasi is the emoluments of the salary of the month of October and November.
It is a humble request to the concerned staff to take the perusal of the sent message by the State Bank of India again and again and it may be confirmed that why chief medical officer Mirzapur is telling a lie to the senior rank officers of the department. According to the page one and two of the attached PDF document chief medical officer Mirzapur is saying that honorarium of the month of January 2022 has been paid quite obvious from the bill paid by him on date 6 January 2023.
While the factual position is that company paid the emoluments of salary of the lab technicians of the month of October and November which is a mockery of the office memo passed by the National health mission that salary of the staff will be paid up to the eighth date of the next month. This implies that salary of the month of December 2022 has not been paid yet.

Silkon business private limited is not providing employees provident fund to the staff working in the department of medical and health in Mirzapur The matter concerns the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur as the payment of the lab technicians of the employees provident fund deducted from their salary by the outsourced company is still pending. Undoubtedly the aforementioned company is exploiting the staff worked during the covid period which is most insulting and unacceptable thing and violations of human rights. It is showing the insolence of the outsourced company which is encroaching the rights of the covid warriors. Silkon business private limited quite obvious from the attached attached PDF document to the grievance did not provide the employees provident fund i.e. EPF of the aggrieved lab technicians which was deducted from their salary. Here EPFO is the outsourced company Silkon business private limited Varanasi. Please provide the employee provident fund of staff.
