Representation to police commissioner Prayagraj against dereliction of SHO Bahariya, Prayagraj for covering and inaction in matter of murder.
The matter concerns station officer police station Bahriya Mr. Ramesh Kumar District Prayagraj mobile number 982520523. Therefore this representation may be forwarded to the police commissioner Prayagraj for the disposal of the grievance. An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Akhilendra Pratap Singh son of Mr. Nagendra Bahadur Singh village Saraijeet Rai urf pure Bhava post Gheenpur. police station Mauaima, district Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, mobile number 8756783 123.
The matter concerns the group assault by Santosh Singh Gaud with his three companions on the elder brother Vinay Singh of the applicant which caused the death of the Vinay Singh. This is a planned murder with ulterior motives not to pay the money. It is most unfortunate that the concerned police is only procrastinating on the matter instead of taking solid and strong action which is required under the law in the murder of an innocent individual by the gangsters.
Because of the serious head injuries Vinay Singh was referred by the common health center Bahriya to the SRN Prayagraj. Entire matter was disclosed by the deceased Vinay Singh to the applicant when the deceased was brought up from common health centre Bahriya to the SRN Prayagraj. Victim Vinay Singh died in SGPGI Lucknow where his post-mortem was carried out by the doctors.
The murder of Vinay Singh was hatched by the offenders in the planned way and concerned police instead of investigating into the matter trying to put the entire matter under the carpet and want to free the offenders quite obviously from the cryptic working style of the concerned police. A representation addressed to the chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh in two pages sent by the Akhilendra Pratap Singh son of Mr Nagendra Bahadur Singh to the office of chief minister of government of Uttar Pradesh who is staking a claim to provide the Mafia free governance.
Instead of registering the first information report in the matter concerned, police registered the non cognizable report in the matter of group assault on the deceased Vinay Singh by the offenders which caused his death. This is too surprising.
Rest of the five pages of the attached PDF document are the scan copy of the non cognizable report registered in the police station Bahriya. Please direct the station officer police station Bahriya to ensure the inquiry into the murder of Vinay Singh in a transparent and accountable manner instead of deviating the attention from the core point. Where is the law and order in the state of Uttar Pradesh if the rarest of the rare offences like murder will be covered by the police in the state under the carpet? Is there a proper way to control the crime in the state of Uttar Pradesh?
If the police are prejudiced in such serious offences then how criminal activities will be controlled and action will be taken against the offenders? Whether the concerned police will disclose the findings which have been achieved by it? One of the offenders was detained by the police who set scot-free questions about the integrity of the concerned police.
