Grievance Description

Grievance Status for registration number : PMOPG/E/2022/0344607Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Ashok Kumar Maurya Date of Receipt 29/12/2022 Received By Ministry/Department Prime Ministers OfficeIt is quite obvious from the attached file by the Tehsil Sadar that Lekhpal has submitted the arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter. Here the matter concerns the grabbing of the government land by the muscle men in the village panchayat by colluding with the staff of the Tehsil Sadar and in order to prove its claim the applicant is seeking the current measurement  of the public land. This public land is left for the facility of the villagers not for cryptic dealings done by staff of Tehsil who have sold it to land grabbers who are blocking the movement of common people on this public land. Section 122 B of The U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act has been teeth less because of the corruption prevailing in the working of the concerned public staff.  Arbitrary reports are being submitted on the jansunwai portal by Lekhpal Kanhaiyalal instead of taking action against offenders under subsection 1 of section 122 B of  The U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act . Sir, the case is pending since 2017, which is related to the encroachment of government property by bullies. Sir, government property is being sold by Tehsil employees by manipulating government documents among the people of the village who are vicious. Sir, if Lekhpal Kanhaiyalal is honest, then provide the following information to the applicant under Article 51A of the Indian Constitution. An attempt was made by the applicant to submit an application under right to information act 2005, but the RTI portal of the Uttar Pradesh government is not working, so it could not be possible. An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005 to seek the information concerned with the public property in the village Bihasara Khurd,, pargana kantit, tahsil Sadar, district Mirzapur. Correspondence detail of the information seeker is as follows .

Ashok Kumar Maurya S/o Murlidhar Maurya Village - Bihsara khurd Post office- Bihasara Bazar distt- Mirzapur 231303Uttar Pradesh, Thana Gigna. The public information officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar may provide the following information to the information Seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.1-Honourable tehsildar Sadar may take the perusal of the fourth page of the attached document to this RTI application which is the public property detail of the revenue village Bihsara khurd.Khata number- 119, khasra number 71, area of the land 0.1010 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment.
