Mirzapur under subsection 3 of R.T.I. Act 2005 on 16/01/2023 while its date of filing by the appellant is 06/12/2022 which means after 41 days of the date of filing. Under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005, an RTI Application is forwarded within one week from the date of receipt of the RTI Application in the office of public authority by the public information officer. Sir, time has paramount importance if the information will not reach the information seeker at proper time then it is worthless for him which means only a piece of paper. And Dilip Singh son Raghuvar Dayal Singh resident of village Kotra Kantit Police Station Jigna Mirzapur district had cut down the banned species of sycamore tree without a permit letter, on which the Forest Department issued a departmental action on range case no. 16/2022-23 dated 2 July 2022.
