Letter No. 4187 IGRS Complaint 2022-23 Date 21.02.2023 Mr. Yogi MP Singh Mohalla - Surekapuram Colony, Lakshmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Temple, District - Mirzapur. Mo. 7379105911 Complaint has been made on I.G.R.S. Portal through PG Portal reference number- 60000230029958 that Mahesh Pratap Singh and Rajendra Pratap Singh are not getting the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana.
In relation to the above, it is to be informed that after checking with the Aadhaar number given by you, it was found that you are not registered on the PM-Kisan portal. Therefore, register yourself on the PM-Kisan portal by taking Aadhaar, Khatauni and bank passbook or register through Jan Seva Kendra. Deputy Agriculture Director Mirzapur letter number I.G.R.S. Complaint 2022-23 Dated. Copy - forwarded to the following for information and necessary action. 1. In the service of the District Magistrate Madam, Mirzapur, with respect sent for perusal. Deputy Agriculture Director Mirzapur Online application made by Mahesh Pratap Singh son of Rajendra Pratap Singh but no registration number sent on the registered mobile number of the applicant. Regarding the dysfunctional of the website of the pm Kisan Samman Nidhi. Sir the applicant has submitted the new farmer registration form on the Government portal pm Kisan Samman Nidhi more than a dozen times but no registration number sent by the website even after repeated verification of the mobile number and Aadhar card number of the applicant.
Honourable sir please take a glance of the attached document to this grievance which description is as follows.
1-The first three pages of the attached PDF document is the revenue record of the applicant which has been accessed from the online revenue record at the government of Uttar Pradesh after the process of inheritance.
2-After the departure of my father to heavenly abode process of inheritance was carried out by tehsil Sadar Mirzapur in the name of my mother, the applicant and two younger brothers. Which is quite of yes from the aforementioned three pages.
3-The fourth page of the attached PDF document is the application submitted by the applicant on the government portal initiated by the central government for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Undoubtedly government has launched this portal as show piece because it is not functioning well.
4-The fifth and seventh page of the attached PDF document is the bank account detail of the applicant.
5-The sixth page of the attached PDF document is the Aadhar card of the applicant.
6-The eighth page of the attach PDF document is the Aadhar Card of my expired father.
7-The ninth and tenth page of the attached PDF document is the ration card of the applicant in the name of my wife.
Please take a step to make the website of the government functional otherwise provide the registration number of the attached application submitted online but not provided the registration number by the website.
