SMS message inbox is flooded with irritating fraud messages of cheaters like VK-PLSHOT or VM-PLSHOT in mobiles because of irresponsive government at centre.

The customer care of the Airtel company made contact with the applicant yesterday and told the solution of the grievance that I must activate the DND services and the applicant activated the DND services on the Airtel Mobile number-7379105911 quite obvious from the following messages sent by the Airtel company.
Hi DND preferences have been updated for your Airtel number. Registration no. 1003219002148266564.Commercial communication for all modes, days and time bands will be blocked for the below category/ies.:1. All promotions
For the remaining categories,commercial communication will be blocked for the mode(s):1. All modes on:1. All days As per TRAI guidelines below time bands are by default blocked for all commercial communications unless explicitly unblocked by you.1. 12 am to 6 am 2. 6 am to 8 am 3. 8 am to 10 am 4. 9 pm to 12 am To unblock categories & resume the commercial communication, SMS UNBLOCK ALL to 1909.

What is the cause of the following messages sent by VK-PLSHOT as follows at 1:05 PM today.

Those give slogans India lends in messages are really dangerous. Undoubtedly they are disturbing the applicant and ridiculing him by sending such irritating message whose outcome is zero. As per the telephonic conversation on your mobile number 7379105911 dated 14th February 2023, a DND registered subscriber is required to report each UCC to its service provider within 3 days of its receipt along with the below details so that appropriate action could be taken against the telemarketers.
Hence, we request you to share, below mentioned mandatory details required for DND complaint registration so that we can proceed with complaint registration. Please ensure, you share all details within 3 days of receipt of UCC.

- Brief Description of the content of promotional communication,

As per your telephonic conversation on 7379105911 dated 11th February 2023, this is to inform you that post validation of our records we have found that DND services are currently inactive on your above mentioned number. We would request you to kindly activate the same from Airtel Thanks App. Once registered both promotional calls & SMS, will reduce significantly but may not stop completely.
Kindly follow the below steps to activate DND services on your number. Please go to manage services option for your mobile and choose the kind of communication you would like to receive.
1. You can register your number for DND anytime. Simply log on to www.airtel.in/DNDor call 1909 or SMS START<space>DND to 1909 and follow instructions.
2. You can also mail to 1909@in.airtel.com to register for DND.
