Description of Information Sought SHRC, Uttar Pradesh Case Details Diary No 4429/IN/2022 Case / File No 4246/24/55/2022 Victim Name KAMLESH SINGH Registration Date 15/12/2022 Disposed with Directions THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE- MIRZAPUR 19/12/2022 Action: Disposed with Directions (Action No 1) Action Date 19/12/2022 Authority THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE- MIRZAPUR Proceeding- I have perused the allegations made in the complaint of complainant Yogi M. P Singh. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present complaint pending since the recitals contained in the complaint do not make out a case of violation of any Human Rights of the complainant. However, keeping in view the nature of allegations made in the complaint it would be appropriate to send a copy of the complaint to the District Magistrate, Mirzapur who shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law at his end. I have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the complainant’s case. Public Information Officer in the office of District Magistrate Mirzapur may provide the following information point wise within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Provide the noting made on the aforementioned direction of the member of Human Rights commission State of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh in the office of district magistrate Mirzapur.
2-Provide the name and designation of the staff who are dealing or dealt with the aforementioned direction in the office of district magistrate Mirzapur.
3-If the order passed in the form of suggestion by a constitutional functionary can not be filed without considering the pros and cons of it. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system quoted by the apex court of India in its various verdicts on a number of occasions.
Provide the reason for its decision if any is taken in the aforementioned matter.
