1- Provide information regarding the use of email governor@upgovernor.gov.in. 

2-Office of governor entertains complaints against lawlessness and anarchy of the government as representative of the central government to ensure rule of law in the state. Please provide a mechanism for how the grievances of the common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh are invited by the office of the governor of Uttar Pradesh. 

3-Provide the executive emails of the office of the governor working to invite the complaints and grievances of the common people frustrated with lawlessness and anarchy of corrupt public functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

* Prayer or Relief Sought Undoubtedly, sought information concerns the office of governor but PIO in the office of governor instead of entertaining the RTI Application preferred to forward arbitrarily to the public authority Jail Administration and Reforms Directorate because of lawlessness. PIO in the office of governor is not interested in disclosing the mismanagement in the office of governor. The stand of the current PIO is also illegal because he returned RTI Application to applicant and applicant had submitted his RTI Application to correct public authority. Subsequent PIO may return it under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the previous PIO to correct its stand . Either this matter was dealt by a clerk or the PIO acquired his academic qualifications through copies. Let him tell the provision of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the appellant which supports his arbitrary act. It is a reflection of the insolence of PIO to the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. It may be that the current PIO may be frightened with the PIO in the office of governor because of the influence of the latter but he must not overlook the supremacy of the law.
