Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M. P. Singh Date of Receipt 18/10/2022Where is the 200 crore budget for the upkeep of stray animals by the Yogi government in the state of Uttar Pradesh?
This is the third budget of the Adityanath government in the state. LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh government Thursday allocated Rs 1,200 crore for a scheme for girls and Rs 612 crore for stray cattle and construction of cow shelters in the Budget for the 2019-20 financial year ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. Rs 247.60 crore has been allocated for the maintenance and construction of cow sheds in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. Rs 200 crores have been earmarked for the upkeep of stray cattle in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. A provision of Rs 40 crore has been made to set up impounding houses/cattle shelter homes under the 'Kanha Gaushala Evam Beshara Pashu Ashraya Yojna in the new budget.
Think about the gravity of the situation that most of the stray animals are still wandering on the roads. Just in front of my gate, there are five cows which proves the mismanagement of the department. Pictures are attached for your perusal. Information sought concerning the fund spent on the construction of cow sheds is still pending before the public authority for many months. श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी भी गौ सेवा का समर्थक है और चाहता है कि गौ माता के साथ कोई अन्याय ना हो।
Sir, the applicant is also a supporter of cow service and wants that no injustice should be done to the mother cow.
श्रीमान जी मिर्जापुर शहर की कोई ऐसी गली नहीं है जहां पर आधा दर्जन कम से कम पशु ना हो जबकि योगी आदित्यनाथ जी जी द्वारा पर्याप्त धन जिला पंचायत को भी दिया गया नगरपालिका को भी दिया गया और क्षेत्र पंचायतों को भी दिया गया। इस बात की पुष्टि ना ही सिर्फ प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया कर रहे हैं किंतु विभिन्न विभागों से जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 के तहत मांगे गए दस्तावेज भी कर रहे हैं। किंतु उस धन का उपयोग बहुत गलत ढंग से अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया गया है उस धन का अधिकांश भाग सीधे लोगों की जेब में गया है जिसकी वजह से गौ माता की व्यवस्था जो होनी चाहिए थी वह नहीं हुई है। सोचिए धर्म का स्तर कितना गिर गया है आज इस भारत देश में गौ माता के लिए आया हुआ धन लोगों ने अपनी जेब भरने का काम किया यह किस तरह से उचित है और आज भी गौमाता परिवार के सदस्य सड़कों पर टहल रहे हैं और लाठियां खा रहे हैं। महोदय इस शिकायत के साथ कुछ तस्वीर संलग्न है कृपया उन तस्वीरों का अवलोकन करें जिससे गौमाता की दशा में कुछ सुधार हो।Sir, there is no street in Mirzapur city where there is not at least half a dozen animals, while adequate funds were given by Yogi Adityanath ji to the district panchayat, to the municipality and also to the area panchayats. This is confirmed not only by print and electronic media but also by documents sought from various departments under the Right to Information Act, 2005. But that money has been used in a very wrong way by the officers and employees, most of that money has gone directly into the pockets of the people, due to which the proper arrangement of Gau Mata has not been done. Think how much the level of religion has fallen today in this country. Public staff used the money that came for the mother cow to fill their pockets. How is it fair and even today the members of the mother cow family are walking on the streets and eating sticks. Sir, some pictures are attached with this complaint, please see those pictures so that there may be some improvement in the condition of the mother cow.

प्रकरण में सम्बंधित से आख्या प्राप्त कर निस्तारण हेतु प्रेषित है आख्या संलग्न है sandarbh main awadek dwara shar main ghum rahe pashuo ke sanrakshan ki taraf dhyan aakrasth kiya gaya,pashuo ke sanrakshan hetu shashan se budget awantit kiya jata hai kintu sehar mirzapur ke galli ,muhalle ,chouraho per pashu paye jane ke sambandh main shikayat kiya gaya hai. ukt sandarbh main vias khand city ke antargat kisi bhi gram panchayat se sambandhit chuta pashuo ke samasya ka ulekh nahi hai .aur vikas khand city main abhi tak koi aisthai govansh ashray isthal isthapit nahi hua hai aur na hi koi dhanrasi uplabdh hai. atah shikayati patr main jila panchayat v nagarpalika mirzapur aur vikas khand patherakala ,halia , phadi main nirmit govansh ashray isthal per chute pashuo ke rekhrakhav se sambandhit prakaran hai. atah is vikas khand se wapas kar niikshapit karte hue ukt sambandhit se nistaran kiya jana apekshit hai.

Respected sir how can grievance may be considered disposed of if block development officer City itself accepting that the matter may be forwarded to the concerned mandate in order to seek proper disposal of the grievance. Here it is quite obvious that concerned monitoring bodies at the district level never take the perusal of the submitted report of the public authorities. Which is the root cause they do not know what has been mentioned by the block development officer City in the submitted report. Undoubtedly it is reflecting their dereliction of the duty of the public staff but who will bell the cat? It is reflecting anarchy in the management of the government but who will take the cognizance of it if most are supporter of the anarchy. I have written this application by spending more than 2 hours but such an absurd solution which is inconsistent and arbitrary is not acceptable to the applicant. Our motive is good governance but where is good governance any one will tell me
